How does delivery work?+
Curbside delivery is standard. Scheduled delivery and pickup are included in the delivery fee: $50 for 0–10 miles one way, $100 for more than 10 and up to 20 miles, and $150 for more than 20 and up to 30 miles from the service base. Distances over 30 miles require a custom quote. The exact address is reviewed before a quote is approved.
What is included in the rental period?+
Standard pricing covers up to two event days. Events longer than two days require a custom quote; rates are not multiplied by the number of days. Separately agreed delivery and pickup days do not count as event days. Delivery and pickup timing are confirmed individually after review.
Can I rent a tent for my location?+
10 × 20 tents are delivery-only and company-installed. Safe access, surface, placement, weather, and ballast requirements must be reviewed first. Tent requests need site information and photographs before final approval. Ordinary rain does not guarantee suitability.
What should I know about payment and cancellation?+
100% of the approved total is due at booking. The current cancellation schedule is a 100% refund at 10 days or more before scheduled delivery/pickup, 50% at less than 10 days but more than 48 hours, and no cancellation refund at 48 hours or less. The final agreement contains the complete terms.
What is the Damage Waiver Fee?+
The mandatory fee is 7% of the rental-equipment subtotal after discounts, or 7% of the package price after an approved package discount. Delivery, separate service charges, and tax are not included in that calculation. Coverage and exclusions are governed by the final agreement.
Are parks and apartments an option?+
Official organized public-park events only, subject to permits, park approval, lawful access, and company approval. No private family park parties. Apartments are curbside drop-off only, with no setup inside. A safe, clear access path and suitable vehicle parking are required.

Does the light rental include installation and accessories?+
The $45 rental does not include installation. Optional setup and breakdown is $25 per started 100 feet of total installed bistro-light length, aggregated once rather than separately per string or linked section. No installed lighting means no lighting setup charge. Do not assume supports, power connections or kit accessories are included; our team confirms requirements when reviewing your request. Included package lighting setup is not charged again.
Are my requested quantities reserved?+
We review your dates, delivery and pickup timing, and rental list before confirming availability. Submitting a request doesn’t reserve the items.
